The third generation of the S2R, the compact side-switch light that built Olight's reputation with people who wanted a small torch that simply worked. Across the S2R line reviewers consistently praise the same things: a lot of performance in a small package, an excellent magnetic charging system several called the best they'd used, a well-damped side switch with good tactile feedback, and a low-battery indicator built into it.

The criticisms are also consistent across the line, and worth knowing before you buy. Accidental activation in a pocket is a recurring complaint, and the onboard charging only works with Olight's own cells — a standard 18650 won't charge in the light.
