Wuben X1 Pro

Wuben/Flooder

Wuben X1 Pro

The floodlight brick, with an actual cooling fan in the head so it can hold output a bare aluminium body could not. Thirteen thousand lumens across a spot and four flood emitters lights a whole work site rather than a path. Two 21700s in series and 383 grams mean this lives in a vehicle or a toolbox, not a pocket.

Beam profile

Flood, about 39° wide. Wide and even — light where you are, not where you're pointing.

What owners report

Wuben X1 Pro/3 sources reviewed

The bigger, brighter X1: five emitters — one Cree XHP50.3 HI spot and four XHP50.3 HD flood — on two 21700s in series, with the same active cooling fan that defines the line. Wuben claim 13,000 lumens combined; independent measurement recorded 10,320 at peak and 25,600 candela against a claimed 35,520, giving around 320 m of real throw. The fan is what lets it hold output rather than collapsing, and turbo runs about 1h46m on the combined mode.

What you're buying is area coverage rather than reach — this lights a work site, not a treeline. The limits: IP65 means rain but not immersion, there's no high-CRI option, and at 383 grams with batteries it belongs in a vehicle or toolbox. The five-year warranty applies only if you register the light; otherwise it's one year.

Consistently praised

  • Active cooling fan lets it sustain output where a passive body couldn't
  • Five emitters combining a spot and four flood channels
  • Around 1h46m of turbo runtime on the combined mode
  • Dual-switch interface with five brightness levels plus eco, turbo and strobe
  • Five-year warranty if you register the light

Common complaints

  • Measured 10,320 lumens and 25,600 cd against claims of 13,000 and 35,520
  • IP65 — handles rain but not immersion
  • No high-CRI option; 5,624 to 6,348K depending on mode
  • 383 grams with batteries — a vehicle or toolbox light
  • Five-year warranty requires registration; otherwise one year

Questions people ask

Does it hit 13,000 lumens?
Independent measurement recorded 10,320 at peak, so no. Candela also came in under the claim. It's still an enormous amount of light — just not the headline figure.
Why a fan?
Five emitters produce more heat than this body could shed passively. The fan is what allows sustained output instead of a burst and a hard step-down, which is genuinely unusual engineering.
Is it a thrower?
No. Around 320 m of measured throw against 10,000+ lumens makes it an area light. Use it to fill a work site with light, not to reach a treeline.
X1 Falcon or X1 Pro?
The Pro adds emitters and output on the same fan-cooled platform. The Falcon is smaller and cheaper. Both share the same strengths and the same IP65 limitation.
