A genuine pocket-sized lumen monster: 13,000 lumens and 324 m of throw from a 117-gram body that's smaller and lighter than most of its rivals. The stainless steel switch and bezel are more durable than the aluminium alternatives, and for sheer output per cubic centimetre nothing here matches it.

The reliability record is the problem. Some early units couldn't reach turbo at all — Imalent's quality control turbo-tested lights before the adhesive had cured, and glue seeped onto the contacts. Affected lights show a red warning and cap out around 2,000 lumens unless the tailcap is unscrewed, and owners report the fault as both consistent and intermittent depending on the unit. Beyond that: the pocket clip detaches too easily, the cell is proprietary and adds length, and the very stiff tailcap spring can dent the base of the cell.

What is the turbo fault?: Imalent turbo-tested some units before the assembly adhesive had cured, and glue reached the contacts. Affected lights refuse turbo, show a red warning and run at around 2,000 lumens unless the tailcap is unscrewed. Test turbo as soon as you receive one.
Is the clip secure?: No — a reviewer had theirs come off while carried in a chest pocket, and the consensus is the spring tension should be stiffer. Don't rely on it alone.
