Nitecore TrailSight
A new category for Nitecore: a straight 18650 light in a magnesium body, designed to be worn at the waist for trail running. The beam is pure reach, 70,347 candela and 530 metres from 1,200 lumens, so it lights the trail far ahead rather than the ground at your feet. Three levels run 5, 14 and 46 hours and the housing is IP68. Nitecore says only "neutral white" for the emitter, names no CRI, and does not state a charging port on the product page.
Beam profile
Thrower, about 8.4° wide. Reach first: a small hotspot that puts light a long way out.
