Cree XP-LR 6500K + green + 365nm UV

Acebeam/EDC
The aluminium sibling of the Rider RX, not a replacement: the same slide-and-snap fidget body, but a 6500K cool-white emitter at 1,000 lumens in place of the stainless original's high-CRI Nichia 219F at 650. Four levels and strobe from the tail switch with memory, and 2,756 candela for a 105-metre beam. High runs thirty-five seconds before stepping to 600 lumens for 49 minutes; ultra-low lasts 58 hours. The included 14500 has its own USB-C port and the light accepts any AA. No CRI is stated, which is the trade for the extra output and the lower price; the orange colour was in stock on the maker's site and the MAO grey was out.
Beam profile
Flood, about 39° wide. Wide and even — light where you are, not where you're pointing.
