CREE XHP70.2
Acebeam/Tactical
Second version of the L35, swapping the XHP70.2 for a Cree XHP70.3 HI that keeps the 5,000-lumen headline and pushes the beam from 480 to 650 metres at 105,625 candela. The tail switch gives direct turbo and strobe while the side switch steps through six levels and lockout. Turbo steps down to 1,800 lumens after a minute and runs an hour and a quarter; the included 5,000 mAh 21700 has its own USB-C port, so the light itself has no socket to seal. Both the 6500K and the $10-extra 4000K options are 70-class emitters with no CRI stated, and the 250-gram weight is with the cell.
Beam profile
Thrower, about 14° wide. Reach first: a small hotspot that puts light a long way out.
